For the correct settings you will need to refer to your service provider which is TWC. Make sure the POP and SMTP server settings and ports used are correct. On the phone side the first thing you should do is to make sure that the settings are correct. If you can access your email then it’s time to troubleshoot the phone. If you can’t access your email then something is wrong with it in which case you will need to contact TWC. You will need to enter your username and password here. Go to which is the TWC business class email webmail address then access your email. To do this you have to access it using a browser. Solution: What you will want to do first in this case is to check if your business class email is working. Everything worked fine until I put my fingerprint settings on my phone and I’m worried that I accidentally touched something else in the security settings The only emails that will continue to sink on the Samsung email app are from rochester.rr.com emails. BUT my Time Warner Cable business class emails will not sync even though I know I am setting up the correct pop and SMTP servers and passwords. I downloaded the Yahoo app in order to receive my Yahoo emails. I think I accidentally changed something in my security settings because they stopped syncing all at the same time.
